If you are a fan of black, you won't resist this monotoned collection by Barbara I Gongini, which is a poetic ode to it. Graduated in 1996 from Danmark Designskole (where else a talent can come from?) and part of several adjudicating committees, Barbara had being receiving several prizes and had been working in design in the whole meaning of it. Autumn/Winter 2010-2011 collection is all about non-colour , stratification, mixage, revolution, transformation. It is poor getting clever, it is apparently low key with a touch of exaggeration . Do you see a strong reference to conceptual designers of the nienties ? Of course you will, but wasn't that the best fashion shake we ever had ?
